The Vestry is a committee elected by the congregation; the Vestry works with the priest and manages the temporal affairs of the parish.
St. Philip's Vestry is comprised of seven members. Vestry members are elected to three-year terms and approximately one-third of the Vestry is elected each year.

The Vestry regularly meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month; meetings are open to any member of the parish, and any parishioner may request that an item be placed on the meeting agenda.
Members of the congregation should advise a member of the Vestry of any concern regarding the work of the parish.
